Pepbox is grateful for the association since quite a few years and the ongoing relationship with various companies of The TATA Group, right from having conducted multiple team building sessions, outbound programmes, experiential-based learning programmes, and in-office engagement to hosting virtual year-end parties. Pepbox’s associations with the TATA Group are with the following companies: Tata Motors, Tata Strategic Management Group, Tata Medical & Diagnostics, Tata NEXARC-Tata Business Hub, Tata Capital, and Tata Starbucks.

Our association started by conducting an offsite for the Legal & Compliance team at RIL. Pepbox has designed and delivered various customised employee engagement, outbound, and employee family day programmes for the marketing communication team, the branding team, newly inducted trainees, and several other verticals on various occasions.

Our first association with Colgate Palmolive started with an energetic drum circle session, way back in 2018. We have designed and delivered an experiential learning programme with the objective of building trust for one of the regional sales teams of Colgate-Palmolive India. We are also fortunate enough to have conducted an outbound team building and experiential learning programme for Colgate Global Business Services Pvt. Ltd., with a special mention of the mega drum circle jam during the global strategic meet for Colgate Palmolive in Mumbai in 2021. Our recent association with the brand was with the supply chain team.

It has always been a challenge and fun to design and conduct a value-added scavenger hunt for multiple newly inducted batches in Mahindra Finance Group at Mahindra Leadership University, Nasik. Team Pepbox also got associated with the Mahindra CMS team during their offsite in the year 2022.

Pepbox’s association with the Godrej group started with the global HR offsite of Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. (GCPL), followed by some team building and engagement sessions for Godrej Aerospace and Godrej Properties. We are grateful to GCPL for the opportunities and for trusting us on multiple occasions, be it for their annual offsite in 2022 at GCPL’s Global HR team, wherein we organised a fun-filled team building programme, and also for the R&D Leadership Team’s offsite and outdoor team activities for the Marketing, IT, Quality team, etc. of GCPL.

Our first engagement experience with Google was for the Christmas-themed team-building activity delivered virtually. We had participants join from different parts of the world, and it was a great experience hosting the session for Team Google.

Our first association with Asian Paints started with the drum circle activity for the Finance and Accounts team in 2022 during their annual offsite.

The association between Pepbox and J&J has been for half a decade now, almost covering all our offerings, be it team building, employee engagement, experiential learning programmes, virtual engagements, and many more. Pepbox is one of the preferred engagement partners for J&J India when it comes to any such engagement requirements. We are grateful to team J&J for providing us with multiple opportunities, and we look forward to more such collaborations. The recent project with JNTL Consumer Health was about designing and delivering an experiential learning programme for the senior leadership teams across India.

The Jigsaw Discovery Tool is one of our flagship learning tools, and Pepbox conducted the JDP workshop in collaboration with our partner Burgeon Skills for one of the teams at HUL. Team Pepbox has also conducted a drum circle for the newly merged GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited (GSKCH) during their annual OKR setting session.

A multiple-experiential learning-based programme for the Global Cyber Security and Operations team of Maersk Line was designed and delivered by team Pepbox. The underlining objectives of the programme were based on collaboration and teamwork. Pepbox also designed and delivered a two-day experiential-based learning programme for the senior leadership sales team and a fun-filled team-building session for the global technology team at Maersk.

Team Pepbox had a great time organising a fun-based team-building programme for the India Operations Team of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. With limited time at hand, we ensured that a smooth and memorable experience was delivered to all participants.

Pepbox also designed and delivered a two-day experiential-based learning programme for the senior leadership sales team and a fun-filled team-building session for the global technology team at Maersk.

INNOVEXX (Innovate, Execute, and Excel) is the theme of Sun Pharma’s Global Marketing Strategy Meeting for 2022 as well as 2023, taking inspiration from the Formula 1 car racing sport. Pepbox executed a two-day engagement activity along the lines of ‘Race, Innovate, Execute, and Excel’ for the global attendees during the years 2022 as well as 2023.

A gamified experiential team building session designed and delivered by the team Pepbox for Glenmark Pharmaceuticals was based on strengthening bonds between the newly formed team with the merger of two verticals within the Dermatology division. Two back-to-back programmes were conducted for large groups in Mumbai and New Delhi. Pepbox has also associated with Glenmark by curating a few employee engagement sessions for the Navratri and Diwali 2022 celebrations at Glenmark House for the employees.

The global team at HCL got in touch with us and wanted to have a virtual engagement session for their employees based out of Europe. After evaluating the offerings, team HCL experienced our “Escape Room” team activity, which was conducted in 2 sessions with separate sets of scenarios.

Our association with Siemens is fairly new, commencing in the year 2022, wherein multiple programmes for various divisions of Siemens were designed and delivered. The programme methodology adopted was experiential learning-based, whereas a few other programmes focused on teams having met after a long gap due to the pandemic. It is always an exciting and thrilling experience to host the young bunch at E&Y India. Pepbox has been fortunate to deliver several team-building programmes at E&Y for their various consulting teams catering to different verticals, viz., the Pharma, Hospitality, Telecom, and Technology Consulting Teams. We look forward to hosting teams from E&Y India.

It was their first offsite after the acquisition of L&T’s Electrical and Automation Business Unit. A group of 85 enthusiastic participants experienced Pepbox’s unique and exciting team building session followed by our power-packed drum circle!

Team Pepbox has been a part of UPL’s multiple offsites. The majority of it was a two-day team-building programme with group sizes ranging from 40 to 100 participants. The verticals involved were UPL’s Speciality Chemicals team as well as the Ninth Floor Team, the IP Team, and the IT Teams, wherein Pepbox’s flagship activities, viz., ‘Pep Broadway, ‘Dance Workshop, and ‘The Big Collage, were conducted.

Our association with the International Team of AWS began in 2019, wherein we curated sessions based on the theme of celebration, involving a Drum Circle’, a Customised Dance Workshop, and a Lamp Making and Pottery Workshop. 

Just a few months before the pandemic struck, team Pepbox conducted outbound activities, along with a drum circle, for a group of 100 participants from Kotak Investment Banking. The mesmerising image from offsite resonates with the team’s enthusiasm.

Post-pandemic offsites were the most exciting event for teams, which they looked forward to and cherished every moment of. The COO’s team met at the offsite after a long gap and wanted to have a fun-based team-building engagement. Pepbox delivered the same with the flavour of our signature activity, ‘Drum Circle’. We enjoyed conducting the session as much as the participants enjoyed being a part of it.

A fun and energetically filled team-building programme was delivered by team Pepbox for the Finance and Accounts team at Abbott India. The programme included a series of competitive mixes of outdoor and indoor team activities.

Our association with the Bennett Coleman Group began just a few months before the pandemic struck when we organised our flagship activities, Office Olympics’ and ‘Body Percussion, for the occasion of the year-end party celebration.

Bosch completed its 100 years of operations in India in 2022. As part of this celebration theme, a.k.a. Shatam, team Pepbox engaged more than 1500 people in their five-day-long engagement week at Pune. Activities included ‘The Big Collage’, ‘Office Olympics’, ‘Flying Fox’, ‘Drum Circle’, and many more.

After the merger of several PSU banks with the Union Bank of India, team Pepbox conducted a fun-filled outdoor offsite in Goa for a group of around 250+ people from UBI. Our flagship activities like ‘Catapult Battles, and Body Percussion’ were organised, where the achievers and their achievements were celebrated as part of the CEO’s Club of Union Bank of India.

Team Pepbox curated several fun-filled team-building sessions for multiple Western regional sales teams of Maruti Suzuki. The spirit and enthusiasm shown by the participants were high throughout the multiple sessions.

Pep Broadway is one of the most sought-after flagship experiences from Pepbox, and along with this activity, the west region team of Saint Gobain’s also participated in a few of our other team-building sessions. Pepbox is also grateful to the backend team at Saint Gobain for the opportunity to serve them during their fun-filled employee family day!

Pepbox conducted a high-intensity outdoor Olympic-themed team-building programme followed by a mega-drum circle for the global team of Zed TV. Our recent interventions with Zed Digital involved conducting one of our flagship activities, a.k.a. boom whackers.

Yokohama Tyres’ in-office engagement included Pepbox’s flagship activities, ‘Office Olympics’ and ‘Catapult Battles’ that we conducted for a group of 75+ employees as part of engagement calendar. Checkout the video on our YouTube channel.

It has been a wonderful experience hosting Team AESL during their annual offsites for their West team. Team Pepbox curated a high-energy power pack session for both occasions and locations, which included not only competitive team activities but also the spirit of the Unity Human Chain activity and the Drum Circle. 

One of the most memorable outbound programmes just before the pandemic struck was for multiple teams at Red Hat. A day full of competitive and fun-filled team-building activities was witnessed by Team Red Hat.

A few customised experiential learning programmes were specially curated for the India Senior Leadership Team as well as for the Global Team at Amdocs. Fun and recreation, team bonding, and enhanced collaboration were the expected outcomes from this learning-based intervention.

We facilitated a specially curated drum circle session for the HR team at Bluestar. We look forward to many such associations with Bluestar.

Pepbox’s first association with team NPCI was for their International Payments team (NIPL), wherein we designed and conducted an experiential learning programme primarily based on outcomes like teamwork, team bonding, and collaboration. Followed by a recent mega-engagement session for 120+ RMs at Lonavala in early 2023, as well as a team-building session for the HR team of the NPCI.

The team from Arcellor Mittal was looking a collaboration based Team Engagement Session as well as derive certain learning from the session. We designed and delivered a compact yet impactful team engagement session with the elements of Collaboration in focus

Our association with TATA Starbucks happened during the month of Christmas and our popular In-Office engagement activity involved celebrating Christmas at their office premises and having the employees at TATA Starbucks make their own xmas themed Bottle Lamps.

From a high-intensity outdoor team-building programme in Goa to the Office Olympics at various Barclays locations in Pune, team Pepbox covered it all with meticulous planning.

Bridgestone Tyres, being an employee-friendly organisation, organises the concept of TGIF, for which Pepbox was part of one of the TGIF programmes. A completely fun-filled evening with interactive entertainment and non-stop energy Team Pepox was fortunate to facilitate a Guinness World Record that was conducted in Goa in the month of March 2023 by Bridgestone Tyres employees.

Modern Love’, a very popular series on Amazon Prime, launched in the year 2022. Team Pepbox was fortunate to conduct a mega Drum Circle during the ‘Modern Love Music Festival’. Pepbox has also conducted an Outdoor Sports Based offsite for the Marketing and content team of Amazon Prime Videos.

With Saputara as one of the mesmerising hill stations in Gujarat, team Pepbox organised the annual picnic for HILTI for a group size of 200+ participants, wherein we conducted a mix of outdoor and indoor team building activities.

The association with General Mills happened virtually for their Finance & Accounts team, wherein they experienced one of our virtual activities, ‘Mavericks, trying to solve a murder mystery. Pepbox has also been actively involved in organising team-building programmes during several offsites of various teams from General Mills India.

As a part of Sony Music’s year-end party and their Super Boss’s retirement, Pepbox designed an extremely challenging treasure hunt and back-to-school games.

Our founder has been associated with Team Motilal Oswal for more than a decade now, and as part of that association with Team Pepbox, multiple outbound team building programmes were successfully executed. These offsites included various teams from Motilal Oswal, viz., the AMC team, the private equity team, AHFCL, etc., and also the senior leadership team, including Shri. Motilal Oswal himself at one of the offsites. Team Motilal Oswal AMC, comprising of 150+ enthusiastic participants, was engaged by Pepbox during their 2022 offsite; do check out the event video on our YouTube channel!

Pepbox conducted a 3-day engagement session with the senior leadership of Teleperformance India during their annual strategy meet. Activities involved art and collaboration-based Big Collage, Drum Circle, and VR/AR-based tech-enabled engagement as well.

Our first association with HDFC Mutual Funds started with the drum circle activity during their partner meet, wherein multiple sessions were conducted at different locations.

Pepbox organised a two-day team-building programme for around 200 participants from Xiomi India. Some activities included a dance workshop to the signature tune of Xiaomi, followed by a few beach games the next day and a few fast-paced competitive indoor team-building games.

It was truly an amazing experience to host the employees of Themis Medicare at their office during the five days of Navratri Celebration 2022. Pepbox designed and delivered a five-day employee engagement session with a variety of different activities and experiences on each of these days.

A gamified learning-based activity, a.k.a. “Rollercoaster Building,” was conducted for the corporate team of Radisson Blu with the objective of customer centricity and collaboration, facilitated by Ketki Anand at Radisson Blu, Pune.

NSDL held their town hall for the very first time in several years and wanted to have a memorable closing of the town hall with energy. Pepbox conducted a mega drum circle jam for this town hall with a total of 350+ attendees.

Our relations with the ReBIT team go back at least seven years, and Pepbox is one of the most trusted and preferred partners for any kind of engagement service. In terms of offerings and services, we have grown along with ReBIT and have partnered for multiple team-building offsites, in-office engagements, and virtual engagement sessions on several occasions, and we look forward to more such collaborations.

Designing and delivering team-building offsites with the Sales and Service teams at Emerson has been a crucial stepping stone during Pepbox’s initial days. Hosting high-energy outdoor activities as well as collaborative indoor experiences has been a part of our relationship with Emerson.

Physical escape rooms are quite popular across the globe, and one of the global teams at Oracle wanted to experience the same on our virtual platform; hence, a virtual escape room was conducted by Pepbox for the global team of Oracle.

The Outbound Team Building programme conducted for the Finance and Accounts team of Rebel Foods is a special one for Pepbox considering that this was the first face-to-face in-person programme conducted after a long gap of almost 18 months owing to the pandemic situation. Some special memories were created with Team Rebel after conducting our flagship programme.

In-office employee engagement has been one of the many USPs of Pepbox. The opportunity of hosting multiple such office engagements began during the earlier months of 2022, wherein several fun-filled team-building activities, along with a drum circle, were conducted for multiple teams at Priceline’s office, and the momentum of engaging different teams from Priceline continued.

Our association with team Schlumberger goes back to 2019, where we started off with their team-building outbound programme and also covered another team-building programme in 2022, however this time with a twist of our signature team dance workshop.

The team at Swift India had met each other face-to-face after a long gap of almost two and a half years during the pandemic. The objectives of the programme were to foster team bonding, effective communication, and fun together as a team.

Destination offsites are one of the most memorable occasions for any corporation. The Team Building Intervention programmes for Ambit Capital were successfully conducted in two exotic venues, one in Lonavala and the other in Goa. Preferred flagship activities included ‘Pep Broadway’, ‘Body Percussion’, ‘Roller Coaster Building, and many more.

One of the most challenging outbound programmes was one where unique concepts of outdoor team activities were specially curated for the Gilbarco team. Team bonding, competitive spirit, and winning attitude were some key highlights.

Team Pepbox curated fun-filled outdoor team-building sessions for Team GEP. The spirit and enthusiasm were high, even though the team size was fairly small. Both these programmes were conducted outdoors at Karjat, Maharashtra.

At an outbound intervention, CashFlo had their first-hand experience with an experiential learning-based team-building programme along the lines of organisational values. The session was facilitated by our senior facilitator, Deepa Pada.

Pepbox was a part of EBIXCASH’s leadership offsite as well as the retail business team’s offsite, wherein team building activities, along with our signature style drum circle session, were conducted during both of these interventions in mid-2022.

In our various collaborations with Janssen Pharmaceuticals, multiple team-building programmes were arranged for different verticals, including the R&D team, supply chain, and many others. Along with our outbound interventions, Pepbox has also curated a three-day virtual engagement activity for the sales team at Janssen Pharmaceuticals.

Most of our flagship offerings, a.k.a. ‘Pep Broadway’, ‘Outdoor Olympics’, ‘MasterChef Challenge’, and many more, have been experienced by team Multiples Equity. Due to the involvement of employee’s families, the offsites become more fun and memorable, and Pepbox’s association with Team Multiples has always been exciting!

Team Pepbox delivered a power-packed mega Drum Circle with 350+ participants of Gupshup and a few high-energy Team Building activities were part of their quarterly Town-hall that was conducted in Mumbai as well as Bangalore.

One of the most exciting and memorable team-building offsites was conducted at an exotic location in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. From conducting a dance workshop to organising a Broadway-based movie-making activity followed by fun awards for the performances, the participants cherished every moment, and so did we!

Pepbox is thankful and excited to be a part of this super team of young athletes at ‘The Ultimate Kho Kho League 2022’. As a sports team, the importance of team building and acknowledging each other’s strengths is one of the most important aspects. Pepbox curated a special team-building programme in the spirit of the Unity Drum Circle for the Mumbai Khiladi Team.

The super-energetic team of Marsh India was engaged in a highly competitive team-building session with an element of learning. The feedback that Pepbox received was that ‘we exceeded their expectations and look forward to collaborating on many more such occasions.

A perfect combination of fun-filled team-building activities and the magical touch of a drum circle was organised for the West team of Branch International in Mumbai. The enthusiasm, energy, and team spirit shown by the participants during the session were amazing!

During the pandemic, the need of the hour was to curate an engagement session that was not only fun-filled but also highly engaging and interactive for folks at Europ Assistance. Pepbox came up with a virtual engagement programme aligned with the expectations, and not only did we meet the expectations but also conducted another successful virtual reward and recognition programme with the look and feel of a virtual stage.

The love and appreciation received by each and every employee of IBPS for Team Pepbox was overwhelming. Given the expectations that team IBPS had already worked with team building providers and experienced a wide variety of team building activities in the past, the expectations from Pepbox were at a different level. Team Pepbox designed and delivered a successful two-day power pack outbound training programme for IBPS.

The association with this organisation happened in the year 2019 when Duff & Phelps India visited their offsite in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Team Pepbox designed and delivered a two-day fun and learning-based team building programme based on the concepts of team bonding, trust, and collaboration.

Another stepping stone during the initial days of Pepbox was with team JLL/Kairos Properties. Team building, bonding, and effective communication were the objectives and expected outcomes from a two-day offsite conducted by Pepbox.

Our first association with Diageo started with our flagship activity, “Body Percussion,” during their distributor meet at Aamby Valley, where we had more than 150 participants and distributors who were energised by the specially curated “Rhythm and Melody” workshop during their conference.

An experiential learning programme for the quality control team of Stada Pharmaceuticals, which is one of the most prominent pharmaceutical brands in Europe, was conducted by team Pepbox and revolved around key objectives like looking at the bigger picture’, and collaborative teamwork.

The employees at TORM Shipping HO experienced a drum circle for the very first time at their office with the theme “ONE TORM.” Pepbox also collaborated with TORM Shipping for their Virtual Employee Family Day, an evening filled with a lot of fun and interaction, with more than 100 families joining in.

Team Pepbox was a part of the annual town hall meeting of one of India’s largest fruit exporters, INI Farms, where we conducted engaging outdoor as well as indoor team-building activities.

Pepbox is grateful for the opportunity during the initial days of our operations. After a long absence of several years at their offsite in Lonavala, VEMC approached Team Pepbox for its team building requirements. We conducted a full-day team-building programme with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, engaging every participant.

Pepbox conducted a team-building programme during their annual offsite in 2022 at the Novotel, Imagica. Team building, team bonding, and effective communication were some of the key objectives and outcomes of the sessions.

Our first association with Directi started with the drum circle activity during the Diwali celebration 2019 at their office premises, engaging multiple batches at Directi.

Mixed Instruments Drum Jam and Body Percussion Activity are the two flagship Pepbox activities, which were experienced by the young and dynamic team at WATConsult as part of their office engagement sessions.

Pepbox conducted a high-intensity drum circle session for 300+ participants from the Ashok Piramal group (Peninsula Corporate Park) as part of the Diwali 2022 celebration.

Opus Consulting completed its 25 years of operations in the year 2022, and the celebration for the same was planned virtually, where one of the days for celebration was with team Pepbox, consisting of a collaborative virtual team activity.

What an experience we had with Fleet Management, where more than 400 participants were part of the two-day conference! As part of the evening celebration and engagement session, we delivered a power-packed drum circle session. Check out the video on our YouTube channel.

As part of the annual offsite, team OML was 150 strong and wanted to have a fun-filled, collaborative, as well as 90s nostalgia-themed gamified engagement. The team-building session that was conducted for Team OML was a mix of fun and learning. The team also constructed a rollercoaster, where collaboration and effective communication were key elements. The session ended with back to school outdoor fun filled team activities!

Baker Huges (GE Oil & Gas) approached us for a team-building session requirement for their annual meeting at the Radisson Blu, Karjat, and we are delighted to serve them and look forward to more associations in the future.
