Our team-building workshops can run anywhere from less than 30 minutes to a full day—or even longer. The duration depends on variables like group size, delivery format, activity selection, and program objectives, etc. To add on, Outbound training and experiential learning interventions can extend up to two full days if needed.
We tailor every engagement to your needs, so pricing varies depending on the type of team-building session, facilitation style and profile, the selected activities, group size, location, and session duration. Reach out to our team, and we’ll help you find the best fit for your goals and budget.
Our pricing includes workshop facilitation fee, activity setup and its execution, the props involved in the activities, and basic logistics for team-building and experiential learning programs. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend that your team manage the venue, F&B, your team’s travel, and any technical or AV setup required at your end.
Yes, we do provide end-to-end MICE services and complete off-site solutions, on a case-by-case basis. In addition to designing and delivering engaging, learning-based team outings, we also support full services that include venue sourcing, event design elements, travel, F&B, technical support etc. These services are offered with a certain fee when opted for.
Pepbox can accommodate teams ranging from 10 to over 2,000 participants. We deliver team-building activities and corporate engagement programs across India and internationally, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience no matter where your team is located.
Requirements vary based on the session format and group size. In-person workshops may need a sound system (microphones, speakers, sound mixer). Tech-enabled or virtual team-building sessions may require AV equipment and stable internet with a meeting platform. Music-based activities may involve specific setups—our team will guide you with precise requirements in advance.
