Our activity categories include adventure, game-based, design-based, wellness-oriented, art-based, etc. for your outbound experience. We understand your requirements closely through several interactions and design a suitable programme aligned with your expected outcomes. You may look for pure fun or some learning amalgamated with fun; our facilitation will cover it all.
Over the last few years, Pepbox has delivered 700+ outbound programmes across several locations in India, engaging teams ranging from 10 employees to even 1000+ participants across a varied demography and seniority level.

In Office Engagement

Be it your entire work floor, just a meeting room, or the office cafeteria, we at Pepbox can operationally deliver promising engagement sessions for your employees.
Our activities are designed to cover your specific objectives that you may have, such as instilling your company values, effective communication, collaboration, etc., or just our fun experience, which is a stress buster. Immersive gamified activities, design- or art-based activities, etc. are some of the categories of activities that we engage the participants with.

Rather than choose activities from the cart method, Pepbox follows a rather personal approach in customising and recommending suitable activities for your employees. We understand your objectives, participant demographics, available space, etc., and propose recommendations accordingly.

Team Outing
